Rev Up Driving Lessons is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We collect personal data including name, address, contact details, driving licence information, payment records, lesson notes, and dashcam footage where applicable.

We process data under contractual necessity, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent (where applicable).

Dashcam footage is retained for a maximum of 30 days unless required for an ongoing claim or investigation.

Financial and customer records are retained for up to 6 years in accordance with legal obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data and to lodge a complaint with the ICO.
